Propaganda Analysis

Today in class, there were so many interesting posters that stands out for me. But the one that really stands out for me was called The Eternal Jew created by David Pinsk in 1937. When I observed the picture for a long time, I saw an old man holding coins in his right hand and a stick with a Communist sign. He is wearing a black suit with a black hat. Also, I notice that his eyes are closed. These things are suppose to send certain messages to people in Germany. The messages that David Pinsk was trying tell us is that Jews are stealing money from the people of Germany. The evidence that were found was the money on his right hand. Additionally, the artist is trying tell us that Jew is as bad as a Communist. That is because he is holding a stone with a shape of Russia and a Communist sign on it. This picture is trying to tell people in Germany that a Jews and Communists are stealer of money because they have the money that German people own on his right hand.
